On November 18th and 19th, 2014, Fondation Mérieux took part in a workshop held by the Institute of Medicine Forum for Public-Private Partnerships for Global Health and Safety (PPP Forum), of which Fondation Mérieux USA is a member.
Both Dr. Louise Gresham of Fondation Mérieux USA and Martina Gliber of the Institut Mérieux, previously of Fondation Mérieux, represented the Fondation at the workshop by detailing its emphasis on building partnerships, specifically in the context of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
The two-day workshop, Exploring Lessons Learned from Public–Private Partnerships to Improve Global Health and Safety, was the second held by the PPP Forum.
